Tejas Kotecha is a communication skills consultant and trainer who worked for 20 years at Sky News and Sky Sports. As a producer he learned the power of communication working alongside presenters, reporters and newsroom editors.
He also chaired Sky Sports’ Ethnicity and Inclusion Network to help drive change in culture and inclusion.
As founder of Tejas Kotecha Communications, he feels communication is soft power. It helps to deliver presentations that change minds, inspire the audience as a public speaker, and allows people to be better leaders, managers, and employees.
His workshops are fun and memorable. His practical “Socratic” teaching style allows groups to discuss openly, challenge, and make instant improvements. His recent clients include Domino’s, Regus, Chiswick Business Park, Women in Sport, and the Global Banking School.

In his spare time he enjoys sport, politics, and trying new restaurants in West London … while balancing it with the gym!
